It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent time on this cruise ❤️! The excursions were very well organized, with in between breaks, not rushed. Room was very clean and spacious with a shower, bonus was the jacuzzi with a view (suite 2). Food was very tasty and the evening cooking show was very nice. The guide and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Always willing to help and always with a smile. The interaction with the other people joining the cruise was a plus and nice 😁

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.

The trip to Ha Long Bay was a true revelation! The karst islands, turquoise water, and stunning sunsets left a lasting impression. This trip was fantastic! I made many new friends after the trip. Our tour guide, Lucky, was incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant staff were attentive and always smiling. The buffet food was fresh, delicious, and varied. The cruise ship was new, so the interior facilities, such as the tables, chairs, and karaoke machine, were very modern and spacious. This trip was excellent value for money.
