I loved everything, the organization was excellent. My guide, Ken, picked me up from my hotel in the morning by bike, and the bus arrived in the bay before noon. It was interesting and beautiful. Of course, there wasn't enough time to visit the island and kayaking, but I think everyone has that kind of schedule. Lunch and a snack later were included. We arrived back at 9 p.m. I was very tired, but the experience was great. Another thing: you can't bring plastic water with you, so they sell it at an inflated price. But that's the policy for all tours.★

If you are planning a trip to Ha Long Bay, I highly recommend the Dolphin Cruise! And of course, Hanoi Yeohyang recommends it too! It wasn't just about riding the boat and looking at the scenery; we were able to visit various attractions and participate in diverse activities, making the day truly fulfilling. It was even more memorable because we could enjoy the magnificent views of Ha Long Bay from the boat while also visiting the landmarks in person.
I booked the Premium package and was very satisfied because I could travel while relaxing comfortably. The boat's interior was neatly maintained, and the swimming pool was great, adding to the enjoyment of the cruise. The food was delicious, so even mealtimes were enjoyable!
In particular, our Korean-speaking guide, Ga-eun, was incredibly kind. She provided excellent explanations and guidance, and took meticulous care of us, allowing us to travel comfortably even in an unfamiliar place. Not only the guide, but all the staff were very kind and attentive, making me feel good throughout the trip.
I lost an item during the trip, but they helped me check and find it even afterward, so I was able to retrieve it safely. I was truly grateful for their continued concern even after the tour ended. With stunning scenery, a packed itinerary, great facilities, and the warm service from the staff, this was a trip that will remain in my memory for a long time!★

The trip left only positive impressions. The manager was always in touch and responded very quickly. We were driven to the transfer departure point in a comfortable car, then we waited about 10 minutes and were put on the transfer. The ride was very quick and comfortable. Water was provided, and there were no stops. Thank you very much❤️
