The meeting point was at "Sunrise Square." We were a little nervous at first because we went to the wrong place, but luckily we met other tourists who had also gone to the wrong address and were told the correct one. I think the business should have informed us a day in advance; otherwise, having two meeting points would have been a problem. Finally, seeing the pods of dolphins was a very nice experience.★

A very satisfying trip. Our guide, Mr. Chen, was incredibly kind and helpful, constantly introducing us to the sights, Taiwanese specialties, delicious food, and other worthwhile places to visit. His service was also excellent; he helped us take photos, opened car doors, and even took us to other attractions since we didn't want to walk much. A huge thumbs up to Mr. Chen! Trustworthy! Highly recommended!★

From pre-trip photo sessions and pre-trip safety briefings to the excursions to the beach and air adventures, and finally, post-trip photo sharing, professional instructors provided meticulous support from start to finish! This ATV trip was an excellent experience! If I had to nitpick, it would be that photo sharing is only possible with Apple phones; Android phones can't share them. It would be even better if this issue could be improved XD★

The rafting itself went smoothly, and the instructors were very responsible, creating plenty of exciting moments that kept everyone entertained. The beautiful scenery along the way, with its clear blue skies and white clouds, was truly breathtaking! However, the shuttle bus service was a major problem!! The Trip's website didn't clearly address the shuttle bus issue, nor did it provide clear instructions on how to get to the rafting company (which is about a two-hour drive from Hualien City). This is incredibly inconsiderate and unfriendly to travelers without their own transportation! Furthermore, the AI customer service was completely irrelevant (asking about a shuttle bus from Hualien Railway Station to the meeting point resulted in the answer being to inquire about the Hualien Airport shuttle service). It didn't address the actual problem; the AI only provided pre-defined options, making it feel like a useless function. Having to solve the transportation problem on your own is unpleasant; why sign up with your company then?! The website should clearly list the shuttle bus options and prices so travelers can easily understand and choose.★

All the staff at Ocean Park are excellent and enthusiastic, which I really appreciate. That's why I chose Ocean Park to celebrate my birthday last year and this year. I also recommend it to all my friends and family. You must come to Ocean Park; it will definitely leave you with wonderful memories. I will come again next year for my birthday.
