Good if you want to travel to the places far from Tokyo, but there will be long travel times
Reviews: Hitachi Seaside Park + Ashikaga Flower Park: Japan's Top 3 Light Shows - Garden of Illuminated Flowers

19/10/25: Our tour guide, Leo, was very considerate. Knowing that Hitachi Seaside Park was crowded, he kindly gave us an extra half hour to explore the flower garden. Otherwise, we would have felt like a quick “touch-and-go” visit after the long drive. Overall, the journey was smooth and well arranged. Thank you, Leo!

I could have spent all day at Ashikaga flower park. the other stops was pretty cool but if I had a choice now I would have skipped them for more time at the flower park.
