We had an amazing day trip to Charyn Canyon, Kolsay Lake, and Kaindy Lake! The entire experience was incredibly well-organized from start to finish. Our guide kept everything on schedule without feeling rushed. Charyn Canyon was breathtaking — the views were stunning, and we had plenty of time to explore and take photos. Kolsay and Kaindy Lakes were equally beautiful, each with its own unique scenery. We especially loved the clear blue water of Kaindy and the peaceful atmosphere at Kolsay. One of the highlights of the day was the lunch at the guest house. The food was delicious, homemade, and comforting — it truly felt like eating at home. The warm hospitality made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a perfect trip: smooth, enjoyable, and very well planned. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

I used it in China and Sri Lanka. I downloaded it in China, but I couldn't use it properly. I got help from a Chinese guy in his 20s, and luckily I was able to connect just as I left the express train's Wi-Fi area. I think it's important to check if it works at the airport and when the airport Wi-Fi is cut off, but I think it was a good idea. I extended my trip, so I purchased it for a slightly longer period, so this was also good.

Everything works! I added an eSIM card at home, and the internet worked as soon as I landed in Dubai. Although there's internet everywhere here anyway, I bought it for Bahrain, so I hope the internet will be great there too!

This tour was absolutely fantastic, and I’m really glad I chose it. I had a wonderful time. The schedule was well-organized, with plenty of time at each attraction. Our guide, Noor, was knowledgeable and caring. I was picked up from my hostel and dropped off afterward, which was very convenient. The horseback riding was a unique experience for me, and I was also lucky to have such great fellow travelers. Altogether, it made for a truly special day. I highly recommend this tour. This tour was absolutely fantastic, and I’m really glad I chose it. I had a blast throughout, and the itinerary was well-organized, with ample time at each attraction. We had an amazing day tour with Kaz Guided Tours exploring Charyn Canyon,Moon Canyon , Black Canyon Kolsai Lake and Kaindy Lake as well as experiencing authentic Kaz food along with more than 15 tourists of different countries . Luba ,our tour guide was young, energetic and knowledgeable ,also shared stories and legends of the country . The trip was an adventure with breathtaking sights, enjoying pristine beauty of nature along with never imagined rides in Soviet era buses, Truly an incredible experience!
