I traveled to Kazakhstan alone and booked this tour. My guide is Didi, she is really helpful, funny, and caring. She also prepared chocolate for us. The tour consisted of 10 people, so this was a nice number if you don’t like crowded tour. I met many new friends during the tour because my group is so diverse. We had people from the US, France, Germany, Philippines, and India. You also got a chance to experience riding an old Soviet van, really interesting. The horse riding is 5000 tenge for 1 way and 7000 for round trip.

This tour was absolutely fantastic, and I’m really glad I chose it. I had a wonderful time. The schedule was well-organized, with plenty of time at each attraction. Our guide, Noor, was knowledgeable and caring. I was picked up from my hostel and dropped off afterward, which was very convenient. The horseback riding was a unique experience for me, and I was also lucky to have such great fellow travelers. Altogether, it made for a truly special day. I highly recommend this tour. It was an unusually beautiful and good trip of about 16 hours today,,The trip of so many working hours for such a low price is really amazing, going to each spot on time and the correct description of each place is really fascinating,, I have traveled to about 46 countries so far and naturally have done many day trips,,Today's trip is the best so far,,.Our travel guide Abdul Hamid (Adam) was very friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. Today's day was meaningful under his good guidance,,Especially playing his songs in the car while going to the lake and making everyone dance was worth remembering. The pickup point was exactly as mentioned in the package, opposite the bus station of Hotel Astana International, there was no problem finding it, but I have one complaint about this, unlike other countries or tour operators, there was no communication the day before the tour. In China, where WhatsApp does not work, the guide is connected to the tourist by contacting WhatsApp the day before plz

We had an amazing day tour with Kaz Guided Tours exploring Charyn Canyon,Moon Canyon , Black Canyon Kolsai Lake and Kaindy Lake as well as experiencing authentic Kaz food along with more than 15 tourists of different countries . Luba ,our tour guide was young, energetic and knowledgeable ,also shared stories and legends of the country . The trip was an adventure with breathtaking sights, enjoying pristine beauty of nature along with never imagined rides in Soviet era buses, Truly an incredible experience!
