Reviews: JR PASS Kansai Wide Area Railway Pass 5-Day (E-Redemption Voucher)

The Kansai Wide Area Railway Pass was very convenient. I went to Takayama and Toyama, and explored Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. It was a very enjoyable trip.

Reviews: Kyoto Amanohashidate + Ine Funaya Day Trip [Includes Amanohashidate Ropeway Ticket and Ine Bay Sightseeing Boat Ticket]

Kyoto by the Sea is absolutely gorgeous. A fantastic day trip! It's much cheaper and more convenient than going on your own. It's a bilingual (Chinese and Korean) tour, with about half the passengers being Chinese and half Korean. Our guide, Gu Wenji, was incredibly helpful and patient. Highly recommended!

Reviews: Kyoto in a Day: The Ultimate Top 4 Highlights Tour (From Osaka/Kyoto)
Guest User2026-08-23
Oscar, our guide, was excellent in both English and Chinese, providing detailed explanations and taking care of everyone in the group! The overall itinerary was well-paced, with a well-planned route that made the trip enjoyable without being tiring. The guide led us through the interior and exterior of Nijo Castle. In Arashiyama, he guided us to the entrance of the bamboo grove; at Kinkaku-ji and Fushimi Inari, he led us to the entrance of the scenic area, explaining the route, time, and pick-up point. It was fantastic! Although we booked a 46-person group due to the heat, it was actually a small group with a guide and driver. Excellent value for money, great value for money, and very convenient to get on and off at Kyoto Station. Thank you! We also met another guide, Gao, plus a very knowledgeable international student! He helped take care of the Chinese-speaking tourists in the group and took photos for us. Thank you! My husband got along very well with him.

Reviews: [Can be departed from Kyoto or Osaka] A day trip to Amanohashidate in Kyoto, Chion-ji Temple, and Ine Funaya.

I only know a little Mandarin, but despite the limitation, I had no issue communicating with the lovely guide and the entire team. Loved that the tour felt relaxed and was of no rush at all. Would definitely recommend if you want that kind of tour.

Reviews: JR Haruka Kansai Airport Limited Express ticket (e-ticket/physical ticket [requires redemption] optional)

At first, I was worried that the QR code might not work due to the nature of Japan, where analog systems still remain, but it worked so well that I realized my worries were unnecessary. I highly recommend this to anyone whose flight arrival time coincides with the Haruka train schedule.

Reviews: [Guaranteed Departure] Kyoto Fushimi Inari Taisha + Arashiyama + Kinkaku-ji + Nara Park 1-day Tour
Guest User2026-11-08
The organization was good, everything was clear and understandable. She provided all the necessary information in the general chat during the trip. The downside was that we weren't given enough time to see everything, which isn't surprising, as we visited a three-day itinerary in one day. But we didn't have time; we wanted to see so much. So this itinerary is for those with limited time. If you want to spend more time walking with the deer in Nara and enjoying the beauty of the temples, then choose separate itineraries. But I enjoyed it; we definitely wouldn't have seen it all on our own. Thanks to the organizers and trip.com.
