What an experience! Was on holiday Pisa Italy. Would like to visit a winery. Found Tenuta Adamo which is 12 km north of Lucca which is 1/2 hour by train from Pisa. Called at 9 and asked if we could come in the afternoon and how we got up there from Lucca. No problems will be picked up at the station and driven back. Everything at a reasonable price according to Azinda / the owner. Tasted 5 different wines, cheese, sausages and ham. Wow, how delicious it was. Sat outside and had an unobstructed view of the vineyards. Definitely the best experience on our holiday. Price more than fare, good price. Many thanks Azienda, wife and employees. One of the highlights of our trip to Italy! The experience was a small group, quiet and intimate. Plenty of time to discover the scents and curate your own. The shop is beautiful and everyone was so kind. Couldn’t recommend this more for anyone looking to take home a unique souvenir and lovely experience!!

Once we found the winery it was awesome. The guide was exceptional and had family ties to the winery’s founding. The wines we tasted were great and a case is on its way to our home ‘nuff said!
