The class went very well, wonderful interactions. The chef is very good at english, si don't be afraid about that ! We collectively chose to go for : mango salad, vietnamese spring rolls, Bun cha and egg coffee. Mango salad was nice, spring rolls were amazing: especially because you make your own dipping sauce, so it can be exactly at your taste. Bun Cha (picture below) is a must go in my opinion (maybe because it's my favorite dish in Vietnam), because it's very typical from Hanoï, if you go to another cooking class anywhere else than Hanoï, they will not teach you that ! Egg coffee is awesome, the chef will teach you how to do it properly, not as they do in coffee shops where they use tricks to get it done faster. Thus, he will teach you the best way. At the end of the class, you get a recipe ebook, which contains all the different proposed recipe. This recipe book is well written, and quite easy to follow. To sum it up : 10/10, would recommend if asked !

I recently took a coffee-making class and loved it! We learned to make drip coffee, bác xíu, egg coffee, salt coffee, and coconut coffee. The class was easy to follow, thanks to Ryley, who explained everything clearly and shared interesting facts about Vietnam. Her English was excellent. The location was charming too, Hidden Gem - a café that focuses on environmental protection and uses recycled materials. It added a special touch to a fantastic workshop. I definitely recommend it!

Great family activity to do while visiting Hanoi. Jessie is an amazing English speaker with great conversation creating a happy and comfortable environment. The food was amazing and perfectly catered to our wants and dietary requirements. Would 100% recommend for all age groups.

Looking for something fun and culturally engaging, I came across this coffee workshop, which was absolutely amazing. I was picked up at my hotel, and the staff were very welcoming. Luka (our instructor) shared a lot of stories about Vietnamese coffee and life, which was incredibly enjoyable and I learned a lot. The whole experience was relaxing and authentic. If you're looking for a cultural and fun activity, this is highly recommended!


