I used this eSIM during my recent trip to Hong Kong, and the overall experience was excellent. Everything works fine. But when I tried to add more MB to the package, it only takes effect after the previous package expires. I had to buy a new SIM card and install it. I couldn't contact customer support.

It activated in a minute, a little digging around in the settings, turning cellular data on/off and everything works, used in Kazakhstan
