I booked my tour with Helen, she's an angel the booking was fast and smooth. Our tour guide was Terry, we had a great time with him, he's very knowledgeable about wildlife, he taught us alot. The moment that took the cup for me was when Terry set for us to have our picnic lunch overlooking the lake Catalina, that was an experience of a lifetime, Shout-out to Terry. Heritage tours is the best. See you soon.

We had a lovely time. Our guide was knowledgeable and was very patient with the young children. He offered interesting information about the animals, the area, the history and future of the protected area. Taking the early morning boat was a wonderful way to watch the sun break on the water, we saw plenty of hippos, birds, catfish and even a few crocodiles.

The experience we had with Mandlakhe Tours was very good and impressive the service was of a high quality , the tour guiding skills and knowledge is very good , good attitude towards his job his personality was amazing , not forgetting to tell about the knowledge of the fauna and flora. I can’t wait for the next trip to Phezulu Park


