This is a no fuss, excellent informative way of taking your time around the castle walls, with the flexibility of being able to stop/rest at any time, then carrying on at your own pace. I thoroughly recommend.

The tour was great! Our guide, Amelie, was very knowledgeable and added so much to the experience (including making the drive enjoyable). The only complaint, as such, would be that the Get Tour Guide app pointed us to the wrong meeting point, causing us to nearly miss the tour. Fortunately, we did not and managed to find our group before it was too late.

as we were early, 1030 it was not crowded. when we finished at midday there were then queues and given that the ramparts are quite narrow that could of worsened the experience


