You should definitely ride the 24-passenger sleeping bus. It's really comfortable and fun to explore the streets. Honestly, I wish they introduced it in Korea too.......... It seems like it's almost 20 minutes before departure, so why didn't the bus come? Did I miss it? <- It didn't, so don't worry, just wait...

This was the most satisfying bus ride of our trip to Vietnam. No need to take off shoes. Seeing other buses use large racks to collect everyone's slippers upon boarding and exiting, I knew I made the right choice. The day before departure, the staff added us on WeChat and picked us up at the hotel. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, they even called a taxi to take us there. The service was perfect.

There are many bus companies out there, but booking through Trip was the cheapest option, so we used them. Mex Bus is a joint venture with Japan, so the tablets at the seats could be translated into Japanese, which was reassuring. The bus was very comfortable, and the whole family was excited. They also arranged for a Grab transfer to our hotel in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, and contacted us in advance and just before the trip via WhatsApp, so we felt at ease from start to finish!
