Nothing less than a fantastic experience, a short trip from Rome Termini. We were picked up at the station in Frascati and on the way to the restaurant were told a little about the history of the city. There we were in the best company together with guests from Italy, England and the USA, where we made delicious pasta, which I never thought would be possible for me. We also had a trip to the cave under the building. All this while we enjoyed the family's wine and under the both present and knowledgeable leadership of our fantastic guide.

Wow, what an incredible experience! 😍 It far exceeded my expectations! Carlo and the rest of the staff are really friendly and fun! We made tiramisu, two types of pasta (which were delicious 😍😍), and we also had several drinks available! I highly recommend it!

We had such a great time with our teacher, Sara! She was kind, and made everything looks so easy, and kept the instructions really simple and easy to follow. The food at the end was insanely good, accompanied by our choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. In such a beautiful Piazza as well!


