Not a bad SIM card for a few days' trip! For some reason, the connection would occasionally completely disappear. Only turning the SIM card off and on helped. I also had to contact support. They respond fairly quickly, within 7-15 minutes. The instructions say you need an internet connection for installation, but they don't say it has to be Wi-Fi. Keep that in mind.
