Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!★

This tour was the best. I enjoyed this tour so much. It was very well planned. Our tour guide Ken was amazing too! I made a friend on this tour because of him. He was accommodating and very funny and he made sure everyone was having a great time. I got sick during the bus ride because sitting at the back of the bus triggered my motion sickness, so i asked my friend to call Ken for a vomit bag. He came right away and told me sit at the very front of the bus instead where he was sitting. This immediately made my sickness go away, being able to look at the front. The whole bus ride after that, he made me sit there and kept asking me if i was alright throughout the rest of the tour. He was the best tour guide I've ever had!★

I made a reservation the day before departure and used it well. I bought an Easy Card + 200 TWD charged card and an Airport Railroad round-trip token included and used it very well. I had a great time during my first trip to Taiwan with my mom. I used the Easy Card well at the subway, convenience store, cafe, and airport restaurant.★

I took the THSR from Taipei to Taichung. The ticket issuing process was easy and straightforward. Taipei Station is large and difficult to walk through, but I was able to board the train without any hassle. While there are unreserved seats, I recommend reserved seats, as they are more comfortable and safer.★

It seems like you have to use a separate QR code to enter using the voucher. I received a waiting ticket during the open run, but when I showed the voucher, they brought me a different bill? I had to choose other courses for two or more people, so if you're going for the open run, just order what you want. I tried one of each, but... there was something weird with the chocolate... haha
