Because my Istanbul hotel was quite far, the customer service team repeatedly helped me contact and confirm transportation, which was very responsible. This was an English-speaking tour; the tour guide spoke English slowly and clearly. The entire group came from all over the world and were all enthusiasts of Troy's history, making the visit to this historical site very meaningful. The tour included a standard Turkish meal and round-trip boat rides. The return boat trip, in particular, covered a short section of the Dardanelles Strait, completing the itinerary.

This trip was incredible, we were not going to do it because of the amount of time , but we are so glad we did. Hasum was amazing he takes this tour with such passion and insight into the history, we got to visit the areas of where the soldiers landed on the beach and in the battlefield. The company did a fantastic job of transporting pick up/drop off and keeping us informed. From start to finish it was a fantastic day. Well done!

The guide was great, extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the site. However, I booked this particular tour to get an in-depth tour of the site itself, only to be informed that the tour would also include the museum (which I had already done separately), so the tour of Troy felt very rushed, which was unfortunate.
