The service was very convenient. We received detailed instructions with photos after booking. We found the right seat, showed our reservation, and within a couple of minutes, they issued and activated our SIM card. Payment on the website is accepted with a Russian card. I used it to attend an event. Searching and connecting was sometimes difficult in crowded areas, but otherwise I had no problems. Setup was easy. If you've never used an eSIM before, you'll need to understand that simply loading the card isn't enough, so you'll need to know which settings to turn on when you arrive and which mobile phone line to use. I haven't used customer service much, so I'm giving it a 4-star rating.
