A great trip! Our hotel is a bit outside of Tirana, but the company arranged a taxi for us to and from the hotel. The bus ride was long, but our guide, Marsel, kept us entertained, telling us about Albania and sharing lots of interesting facts and jokes. Five of us went and felt very well taken care of by our guide. The boat trip on the lake and the Shala River are worth seeing. I highly recommend this trip.★

The tour is great, you really get to see a lot of Montenegro! I loved it. We left our camera and they went above and beyond to get it back to us. They had it bought over to Shkoder Albania, for free! I can't thank them enough. Gorran was an amazing guide, lots of history and learning. God bless them★

There was no guide, so I can't rate the service. Regarding the activity itself, it was beautiful. A magnificent day in the sun and in a wonderful setting. The only "issue" was the lack of air conditioning on the bus for the return trip. It was very difficult to cope with the heat. There was also a slight delay, but just a little. Otherwise, a very good day.★

A great day, but very crowded in August (so I knew that), and the place is a bit dirty, with lots of litter left by tourists… It's a little tricky to find the tour operator there, as many boats leave at the same time and our operator's isn't very well signposted… but with a little asking around, we were directed there. It's very important to arrive early, as you have to park (find a spot), then walk to the departure point. You can find parking nearby for a fee; you leave your keys at a small booth and they park your car for you (1500 lek per day).
