We learned to cook pasta and tiramisu. I really think when we are home we’re going to be able to cook this for our own families! Giovanni was the best teacher and invited us into his home and made us feel like family.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the local area as she drove to our destination telling us facts about everything from wildlife, weather, transport, history and answering our questions well. She organised our group of 8 very well with our tickets and meeting points. In terms of the sites we visited they were stunning. The castle has a lot of steps so be prepared for that but what a place. The caves exceeded our expectations. You have 1.5 hours in the caves partially on a train and walking with another guide. Thank you to our guide for a fabulous day.

Walking tour was very nice and hit a lot of the spots that I wanted. A little more time than necessary was spent in the Coffee shops so the visit to the hill was in the dark mostly and the church closed. Maybe a down hill route could have been used? Our Tour guide Barbara was great.
