It may be that during the National Day holiday, there are many people, and the service level has declined compared to usual. First of all, Check in, say that I will get the room card at 2 pm, I went at 2:15 pm, and was told to wait 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to get it again, and said that I would wait 20 minutes. Finally waited 40 minutes before I got it. In addition, there was fruit delivery in the package, and it was not delivered until 8 pm. I called to inquire and sent it. There is also a set meal booked for dinner. After entering the restaurant, I was told that I wanted to change to a buffet (not many varieties).

Very easy installation, just scan the QR code while connected to Wi-Fi at home, and activate it once arrived. Experience is good, the eSIM is connected to Rogers Wireless locally (in Toronto), while the network shows Hutchison HK. IP located in HK, shown in the image


