Xianhua Mountain is located in the unfamiliar Pujiang County. Xianhua Mountain is divided into four scenic spots: the north is the "Xianhua Fenglin" scenic spot, which resembles Yunnan Stone Forest; the south has "Meiwu Xiangxue" scenic spot, which has some plum trees in Ming dynasty. The East is the "Baozhang Valley" scenic area where monk Baozhang is practicing, and "Fairy Lake" is the scenic spot that is surrounded by mountains and waters in the west.Pujiang · 7.7 km from downtown

The Zheng family living here is crowned with the name of Xiaoyi. Since the beginning of the Southern Song Jian Yan period, during the Song, Yuan and Ming dynasties, the 15th century had lived together for more than 360 years. When the family was at its peak, more than 3,000 people shared a pot of rice. The imperial court revealed that during the eighty years of Hongwu's reign, the emperor of the Ming dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang, had bestowed "the first of Jiangnan".Pujiang · 12.2 km from downtown

Maling Tianguan is located in Qiantan Town, Jiande City. Leveraging its unique rock formations such as Yifeng Jiuya, Chuanchong Stone, and Guancai Rock, it offers thrilling and adventurous experiences, creating an atmosphere of excitement and screams. The project includes attractions such as the Tianguan Buddha's Hand Bridge, the Tianguan Flying Carpet, a year-round dry slide, a sky mirror, and a high-altitude zipline. The Buddha's Hand Bridge, situated at an altitude of approximately 1000 meters, features a 22-meter-high Buddha's hand, which is magnificent from all angles and offers a distant view of the Puppy Peak across the river. Jinlong Bridge. A cliffside, mirror-like viewing platform faces the rolling valleys. The platform perfectly reflects the blue sky, white clouds, and distant mountains, creating a seamless blend of heaven and earth, as if you're in a dreamlike cloudscape. Standing on the platform, with layered forests below and continuous mountain peaks in the distance, every snapshot is a masterpiece of atmospheric beauty. No need to travel far; unlock the beauty of mirrored landscapes in the mountains—a must-visit spot for couple, friends, and families. Sky Mirror The core landmark of the attraction, a giant gilded Buddha's hand emerges from the cliff, supporting a golden suspended bridge spanning the canyon. In winter, the temperature difference at the mountaintop is significant, making it easy to encounter the spectacular sea of clouds in the early morning. The swirling mist washes over the bridge, with the Buddha's hand appearing and disappearing amidst the clouds. When frost-covered trees are in bloom, the golden Buddha against the backdrop of pure white frost creates an atmosphere of unparalleled beauty. Winter visitors fewer crowds and no need to queue. Standing on the Buddha's Hand Bridge, one can gaze at the layered winter mountains, make wishes, and experience the awe-inspiring feeling of being lifted by the Buddha's hand into the clouds, unlocking a unique winter wonderland for stunning photos. Longtan Ancient Temple

Nestled deep in the mountains of Pujiang, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, lies a secluded Zen temple without walls—Longtan Ancient Temple. A thousand-year-old temple, it has been destroyed and reborn three times throughout history, rising from the ashes of ruins. This is an unconventional, "disorganized" temple: abandoning the traditional symmetrical layout, the abbot has, for over twenty years, skillfully utilized the natural terrain to casually and irregularly place the temple halls and pagodas. Even more breathtaking is the vast "ancient architecture museum" within the temple grounds, where thousands of fragments of ancient architecture, including Ming Dynasty winter melon beams and Qing Dynasty stone lions and wooden lintel carvings, have been carefully collected from various places, allowing architectural imprints from different dynasties to coexist peacefully amidst the mountains and waters, continuing a new life. The courtyards are lush with flowers and plants, and cats and dogs lazily wander about. Occasionally, handwritten notices can be seen on the sutra pillars: "Please visit nearby temples to worship Buddha; there is no need to come here frequently." This serene and serene Zen-like atmosphere allows every visitor who steps through the mountain gate to find a long-lost, secluded inner peace amidst the dappled sunlight on the walls and the silently standing stone pagoda.Pujiang · 3.5 km from downtown

West Lake

West Lake is undoubtedly the epitome of Hangzhou's beauty. The famous "Ten scenes of West Lake" surround its shores, where nature and culture complement each other, forming the core area of Hangzhou tourism. You don't need to visit every attraction - instead, spend half a day or a full day strolling along the lake. However you choose to enjoy it, the experience will surely lift your spirits. West Lake is the core attraction of Hangzhou, surrounded by clouds and mountains on three sides and the city on one side. The Su Causeway and Bai Causeway stretch across the lake, dividing it into several water areas. The lakeside scenery is highlighted by the "Ten Scenes of West Lake" from the Southern Song Dynasty, along with the later "New Ten Scenes" and "Three Additional Scenes," featuring over a hundred attractions along the shore and mountains. Pavilions, temples, pagodas, gardens, causeways, and islands complement the distant mountains and nearby waters, while legends like the Broken Bridge where Lady White Snake met Xu Xian add a layer of storytelling to the landscape. West Lake extends east from Songmuchang in Hangzhou and the north of Baolu Road turning to Shaoniangong Square, passing Baisha Road, Huancheng West Road, Hubin Road, and Nanshan Road to the south of Wansong Ridge, covering all attractions including Wu Mountain, Ziyang Mountain, and Yunju Mountain. To the south, it stretches from Gulou along the eastern foothills of Wu Mountain, Ziyang Mountain, and Yunju Mountain, passing Fengshanmen and Fenghuangshan Road, then following the West Lake water diversion channel to the north bank of the Qiantang River, turning to the Coral Sand Reservoir and ending north of Liufangling. To the west, it runs from Liufangling, Zhugan Mountain, Jiuqu Ridge, and Mingren Ridge to Meiren Peak, Beigaofeng, Lingfeng Mountain, and east of the ridge line of Laohe Mountain. To the north, it follows the foothills of Laohe Mountain (west wall of Zhejiang University), turns 30 m north of Qingzhiwu Road, connects to Yugu Road, Zhejiang University Road, and Shuguang Road, ending south of Songmuchang. West Lake has over 100 attractions, renowned for its "Ten scenes of West Lake", "New ten scenes of West Lake" and "Three reviews · Ten scenes of West Lake". West Lake overview You can explore West Lake on foot, by cruise, on electric bikes, via self-drive, or by riding. Among these, electric bikes are the most convenient and effortless option, with hop-on-hop-off sightseeing vehicles circling the entire lake. Riding along the lakeshore is romantic and leisurely, with many public bike rental spots available. For a boat tour, there are nearly 10 docks around the lake offering various vessels and routes. We highly recommend taking a cruise to Three Pools Mirroring the Moon at the lake center while enjoying the scenic views. Alternatively, you can hail a hand-rowed boat for a more flexible experience with a boatman guiding your tour. North line scenery The north shore of West Lake gathers quite a few attractions, usually starting from the remnant snow on broken bridge at the northeast corner and heading west all the way to Yuewang Temple. You can walk along Bai Causeway to Solitary Hill, visiting cultural attractions like Xiling Seal Engravers' Society, Zhejiang Provincial Museum, Chinese Seal Art Museum, and Zhongshan Park's Crane Pavilion. Enjoy authentic West Lake vinegar fish at Louwailou Restaurant, then cross Xiling Bridge to leave the island - Yuewang Temple and Breeze-ruffled lotus at Quyuan Garden are just a short distance away. If it's a summer day with strong sunlight, it is recommended to stroll along Beishan road, hiding under the dense shade of trees to admire the curve of Broken bridge and the swaying weeping willows on Bai causeway opposite. There are many entrances along the way leading to Precious stone hill, where you can hike for views, and descend to reach Yuewang temple. Yuewang square has many small shops for snacks, and the Impression West Lake show here in the evening is also worth watching. If you have ample time and energy, you can also head to Su causeway from here for a walk to enjoy the panoramic view of West Lake. Southeast coast (Lakeside-Nanshan Road) Another area with a concentration of attractions is the Hubin Road-Nanshan Road along the southeastern coast. Hubin Road is located at the junction between Hangzhou's urban area and the attraction, offering views of West Lake, a dock for West Lake cruises, and the iconic music fountain. The advantage of Hubin Road is its quick access from the attraction to the downtown business district, making it suitable for travelers with a tight itinerary to make a short stop. Head south from Hubin road and walk along Nanshan road, where you can visit attractions like Orioles singing in the willows, Long bridge, Leifeng pagoda, Evening bell at Nanping hill, and Viewing fish at flower harbor. The distance between adjacent attractions is not far, so you can walk or take a sightseeing bus or public transport, which are also convenient. You can arrange a day to visit a few of them according to your preference. Among them, Leifeng pagoda and Evening bell at Nanping hill can be visited in the evening. Listening to the bell at Jingci temple and overlooking the night view of West lake from Leifeng pagoda are both great experiences.Hangzhou · 88.4 km from Pujiang

Futang Ancient Town is located in the southwest of Yiwu City. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, countless ships have traveled on the river, and Futang's floating bridge pier is an important stop. Today, the ancient town has long been desolate, but you can still see traces of its prosperity in the dazzling array of ox legs, window lattices, brick carvings and stone carvings in the ancient town's residential buildings. As a tourist attraction, Futang Ancient Town is still under development and is free of charge. There is almost no commercial meaning in the streets and alleys. The simple life of the locals deep in the alleys is a rare sight elsewhere. The nearly 2-kilometer-long old street is the soul of the ancient town. Zhi Street, Shanghui Street, Yanbutou Heng Street, Fuqiaotou Heng Street and two east-west side streets form the core of the ancient town. Since Futang has been a commercial port since ancient times, there are still many shops along the street. The layout of downstairs being shops and upstairs being residences is still preserved. Old wooden doors and low counters can be seen everywhere. Old shops such as Ruitaixiang give people the illusion of going back in time. The Xinhua Theater on the old street is still a distinctive cultural symbol of Futang. The theater is decorated with square tables and chairs that were common in the 1980s, and there are often local opera performances. If you come across it, you might as well enjoy it with the villagers who come from nearby villages to watch the show. Wuqiji Residence (Wu's House) is the biggest attraction in the ancient town. However, since the ancient town has not been fully developed, there are no obvious road signs on the street. However, you can basically find it by asking the locals. This two-entry old house in the style of Ming and Qing Dynasties combines the grandeur of Huizhou architecture and the delicacy of Zhejiang carvings. The carvings include opera characters, fishermen, farmers, pavilions and towers, and even the drainage outlets in the corners are decorated with exquisite stone carvings. The owner of Wu's House spent his entire life building this mansion, but he experienced various hardships such as the Anti-Japanese War and land reform, but he was not able to live here for a day. When tourists are in it, they can't help but sigh with emotion. Another old house worth seeing is Huaiyin Hall (Liji Eight-sided Hall) located on the north bank of Houyangtian Pond. The eight pairs of Huizhou horse head walls on both sides are very impressive. The eight houses are both separate and connected, and the shape is unique. In addition, when you walk into the depths of the alleys, you will find more exquisite old buildings hidden in the corners, and the photos you take are quite charming. In the Brown Sugar Culture and Art Museum on the old street, you can also see the sculpture display of the ancient method of making Buddhist brown sugar, which is very vivid. After viewing the buildings, walk to the riverside, and the quaint Qing Dynasty bridge will immediately catch your eye. The name of the ancient wharf is engraved on the stone on the shore, and the sculptures on the wall record the prosperity of "trading chicken feathers for sugar" here in the past.Yiwu · 30.4 km from Pujiang

The Shuanglong Cave Scenic Spot features a water-filled karst cave. The name Shuanglong, which translates to double dragon, comes from the stalactites resembling dragon heads that guard the entrance to the cave. The cave's outer entrance is warm in the winter and cool in summer. Visitors can gladly escape from the outside heat when visiting in the summer. To enter the cave's interior, visitors must lie down in a boat that travels through the stalactites. It's an exciting and unforgettable experience.Jinhua · 39.2 km from Pujiang

The overall exercise level of climbing Xianhua Mountain is suitable for taking children on a challenge. The uphill route to the main peak is interesting and challenging. First, go to the east line to visit the main attractions, and then go for a walk in the forest on the west line.

I made a last-minute decision to visit Shenlixia Gorge in Pujiang. The early autumn weather was exceptionally pleasant. As I walked up the gorge, I was surrounded by clear streams and climbable rocks. I was immersed in nature's embrace, breathing in the forest air and enjoying nature's bounty. My tired body and mind found a moment of relaxation. Shenlixia Gorge was definitely worth the trip!

Longtan Ancient Temple in Pujiang County is a historically significant and serene temple, attracting local believers and tourists seeking historical sites with its unique natural landscape and religious culture. Key Highlights and Features: 1. Long History and Profound Cultural Heritage According to local records, Longtan Ancient Temple dates back to the Tang Dynasty. Having undergone several periods of prosperity and decline, the existing buildings are mainly recent reconstructions. Ancient steles and trees still remain within the temple grounds, bearing witness to a thousand years of Buddhist tradition. 2. Beautiful Environment Amidst Mountains and Water The temple is nestled at the foot of Longfeng Mountain in the northwest of Pujiang County, surrounded by mountains and water, and shaded by dense forests. The "Dragon Pool" behind the temple is the origin of its name; it is a pool formed by a spring and is said to be related to dragons, adding a touch of mystery. The entire temple grounds offer a tranquil and natural environment with fresh air, making it an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and find peace and tranquility. 3. The Unique Experience of "Dragon Pool Water Drawing" The Dragon Pool spring beside the temple boasts clear, sweet water, considered a high-quality water source by many locals. Citizens and believers often come specifically with buckets to draw water, either for drinking or brewing tea, creating a unique scene at the temple. This ancient spring is also a symbol of the temple's spirituality and the bounty of nature. Pujiang Dragon Pool Ancient Temple is not a tourist attraction famous for its magnificent architecture, but rather a "hidden corner" rich in local life and natural charm. It is more suitable for tourists who wish to temporarily escape the hustle and bustle, find tranquility, experience local customs, or are interested in religious culture.

My second visit to West Lake was great; the boat tour was excellent. The dock was easy to find, the staff were very friendly, provided clear explanations, and helped with any issues. There were also sightseeing buses, which were nice but a bit pricey. Taking the boat tour and then walking around was both perfectly fine.

This is a well-preserved ancient town that features traditional architecture, historical buildings and ancient streets and courtyards. Here you can get local snacks and crafts. It's a bit small, but unlike other ancient towns, it's completely free and it's just 10km southwest of downtown Yiwu. The best way to get here is by taxi. Make sure you come here during the evening as well for the night views.

It's famous because of Ye Shengtao's text in the Chinese textbook, and children all want to come. There are six caves inside, each with its own challenges that will leave you exhausted. The electric car rentals on Deer Girl Lake are a bit of a rip-off; they're extremely slow and can only go half a circle and then turn back.
