行走在民间的艺术家A Half-Day at Green Lake: Hiding Kunming's Gentleness in a Lake of Lotus Leaves and Gulls' Cries Autumn in Kunming always carries a gentle, unhurried quality, and this gentle essence is largely hidden in Green Lake Park. Entering the park in the slanting afternoon sunlight, the first thing that catches the eye is the lake full of green leaves. A few lotus flowers, still holding their withered petals, don't appear desolate; instead, they add a touch of poetic beauty, like "leaving behind withered lotus leaves to listen to the sound of rain." The lake water is shallow, reflecting the weeping crabapple trees on the shore. A breeze blows, the branches sway gently, and the water's surface shatters into a shimmering sheet of gold. Walking slowly along the lakeside path, the path is paved with bluestone slabs, and pavilions and towers stand beside you. Elderly people sit under the shade of trees; some play chess, the sound of chess pieces hitting the board crisp and clear; others sing Yunnan opera, their melodious voices blending with the occasional cries of waterbirds skimming across the lake. Children chased bubbles, their laughter startling a few ducks who fluttered into the water, leaving ripples in their wake, before resurfacing to preen their feathers. As we reached the pavilion in the middle of the lake, a gentle breeze stirred. The willows along the shore drooped their thousands of branches like green curtains, brushing against our cheeks with the fresh scent of grass and trees. Inside the pavilion, an elderly man played the erhu, the melody of "Colorful Clouds Chasing the Moon" flowing softly, blending seamlessly with the lake and mountain scenery, making us slow down and want to cherish this moment of tranquility. As dusk fell, the setting sun bathed the lake in a warm orange glow. The distant Western Hills appeared and disappeared in the twilight, while nearby lotus lanterns lit up one after another, their light and shadow shimmering on the water, as if we had stumbled into a Jiangnan night. Sitting on a bench by the lake, watching tourists disperse in twos and threes, listening to the gentle lapping of the water against the shore, I suddenly understood why Kunming is called the "Spring City"—the wind here is warm, the scenery is gentle, and even time seems exceptionally generous, willing to linger for a moment for everyone who stops by. As I left, I glanced back at Green Lake in the night. It lacks the grandeur of famous mountains and rivers, but possesses a soothing warmth. This half-day, without the rush of hurried travel, only the leisurely pace, was like a gentle encounter, filling my heart with joy. Perhaps this is the charm of Green Lake; with its clear water, verdant shade, and the cry of a seagull, it tells every visitor: life should be like this, serene and beautiful. 贩卖快乐的贝儿- Enter the park from the east gate: After entering from the east gate, the first thing that catches your eye is the Yuantong flower tide, and the road is lined with beautiful weeping crabapples. Chanel 💃The show was pretty good. We bought Class A tickets for 360 yuan each and two for 720 yuan. We were seated in the middle. The visuals were fantastic. There were also many foreign audiences who watched the show. It really embodied our national culture through the show. Yunnan Impression is definitely worth seeing when you're in Kunming.

M67***06Admission is now free for those 60 and older. Taking the bus up the mountain is recommended; it's about 5-6 km, while walking takes a long time. You can buy tickets on-site at the Longmen Scenic Area entrance. You don't need to take the electric shuttle bus inside; it's about a 2 km walk. The climb itself is manageable, with many rest areas and stunning views of Haigeng Park and the Haigeng Dam.

带你走遍祖国大江大河1. An Excellent Place for Watching Red-billed Gulls · Core Attraction: Every winter (roughly November to March), thousands of red-billed gulls from Siberia spend the winter here, creating a truly spectacular spectacle. · Up-Close Encounters: Visitors can stand on the dam and hand-feed the gulls (special gull food is available), experiencing the joy of being surrounded by flocks of them. The photos and videos are truly breathtaking. 2. Expansive Views and Pleasant Climate · Expansive Views: The dam faces Dianchi Lake, offering unobstructed views of the entire "Sleeping Beauty" of Xishan Mountain. · "Kunming Blue": The plateau's sunlight and clear skies make it easy to capture stunning scenic photos, making it a great destination for photography enthusiasts. · Comfortable Climate: Even in winter, Kunming enjoys warm sunshine, making strolls and breezes on the dam a delightful experience. 3. Free Public Space · No Admission: As an open public area, Haigeng Dam does not charge any admission fee and is open to all residents and tourists, offering a very cost-effective experience. 4. A Strong Tourist Atmosphere · Vendors selling seagull food, photo booths, ethnic costumes, and small souvenirs create a lively tourist atmosphere, perfect for visitors who enjoy a lively atmosphere. Disadvantages of Haigeng Dam 1. Strong Seasonality, Uneven Experience · The contrast between "peak season" and "off-season" is stark: In winter, when the seagulls are present, the area is bustling with people and bustles. However, once the seagulls have flown away (approximately April to October), the area becomes a relatively ordinary viewing platform, which may disappoint visitors who have made a special trip to visit. 2. Large Crowds and Overcrowding · Overcrowding: During peak gull-watching season and holidays, the dam is packed with tourists and tour groups, diminishing the experience. Traffic Congestion: The surrounding roads are often jammed during peak hours, making parking difficult to find. 3. Environmental Sanitation Issues · Bird Droppings: Due to the large number of seagulls, there's a significant amount of bird droppings on the dam, railings, and road surfaces. Although cleaners are constantly cleaning, please be mindful of your feet and overhead. 4. Commercialization and Scams · Photo Trap: Many people with cameras offer "snapshot" services, but the quality varies. Some offer opaque pricing or pressure, so choose with caution. 5. Relatively Simple Facilities · The dam's primary purpose is for viewing and strolling. Beyond viewing seagulls and Dianchi Lake, there's little else to do. For those who don't enjoy taking photos or strolling, it might feel a bit monotonous. · If you're visiting Kunming during winter (November to March), it's an absolute must-see. The spectacular sight of harmonious coexistence with nature more than makes up for any of its shortcomings. Tips for your visit: · Best time to visit: 9-11 AM or 3-5 PM in winter, when the light is soft and the seagulls are active. · Be safe: Keep an eye on your belongings, be cautious of crowds, and be mindful of bird droppings when feeding the seagulls. · Stay sensible: Be wary of unsolicited photo opportunities and ask for the price before making a purchase.

贝雷帽和朋友们This wildlife park is packed with interactive experiences and highly recommended for family trips. Almost all the animals are interactive; you can even pet the gentler ones like the Kapibala. You can feed the large carnivores, especially the bears near the entrance, for which there's a specially built viewing platform. The tigers are also available for feeding, and you can even take photos with the cubs up close. The only downside is the climb; the sightseeing bus only covers about 60% of the route…

M41***19This was a stop on the way back from Haigeng Park to see the seagulls. The park is very large, encompassing the folk customs of all the ethnic minorities in Yunnan. The prices are not very affordable, and overall, it's not comparable to other attractions.
