mouse720619The weather is so nice, unbearably hot, it doesn't feel like winter at all. The purple bellflowers and kapok trees are blooming so beautifully, especially the purple bellflowers, they're the largest and most spectacular I've ever seen.

A record of my visit to Guanyin Temple on the night of the eighteenth day of the fifth lunar month of the year Ren Yin (2012). The verdant peaks rise in layers, the mountain rain swift; the Yong River flows across the Lianyun Stream. The waterfall flows endlessly from Qingxiu; frogs croak under the moon, their cries echoing in the well. Ancient tales unfold with an iron will for a thousand years; how fitting is the dhyana of the Tushita Heaven? Gazing beyond the Milky Way, the stars have faded; only in the nine provinces does one reign in the Li Fire period. Notes: 1. Cycads bloom every thousand years; 2. The Li Fire period refers to the twenty years from 2024 to 2043, which is precisely the last of the Lower Yuan cycle, also known as the Ninth Cycle. The *I Ching* states, "The Heavenly Cycle is represented by the Li hexagram, the Nine Purple Fire; Li signifies the light of all things."

szeccoI had booked a guided tour with a "Big Shots Talk," but there are very few tourists booking these tours here; we almost couldn't form a group (it takes two people to form a group). Today's guide was a university professor, so the entire explanation flowed very well; he was also very serious about criticizing the hip-hop middle school students who came to the museum for educational purposes. We saw the palace lantern that President Xi Jinping had "traveled" to the United States for during his visit, and the "fish" housed in the Nandan Museum. The museum's free guided tours are held every half hour, but probably due to cost and hygiene considerations, they don't provide headsets for the free tours, and the guides' loudspeakers are extremely loud, which significantly reduces the visitor's satisfaction.
4.5/5Anonymous userA four-person group night cruise with fish dinner was only ¥598, which is quite cost-effective, and the food was delicious. Since it stated that tickets needed to be picked up between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, I didn't hesitate. The ticket office is right next to the pier, and there aren't many good spots for taking photos nearby. Since we ate at 6:00 PM, it was difficult to eat until the 8:00 PM departure time. Furthermore, the scenery along the Yong River was rather ordinary; the night cruise along the banks wasn't as beautiful as the Pearl River in Guangzhou.

无聊的蓝The popular zoo was great; we saw Diuna, and she's calmer now and didn't litter. The zoo isn't very big, but the prices are reasonable, and overall it was a nice experience, suitable for bringing children. There's a huge parking lot at the entrance with charging stations, convenient for those driving.

酷碧叔叔The scenic area is mainly about performances, which young people enjoy, but older people might find staying up late too much. The sun is too strong during the day, but the evening performances are quite varied. We saw it at 9:30, and there were rumors of more performances later. The eunuchs' performance was excellent, and their acting skills were impressive. The many improvisations were quite enjoyable.

135***38We went there on National Day, 3rd. There weren't many people there when we arrived at 9am. We spent about 2 hours in the park, and when we came out, the park was packed with cars. The natural bridge is quite spectacular and worth a visit! There's also a cave, but it's not very big!
