A large restaurant, everything looks clean and nice, the service is good, the food did not excite us, there are dishes that the waiter puts on a bit of a show with a flambe at the table, a gimmick, there are dessert and cheese carts that are brought to the table to choose, amusing, the steak was brought for approval before it went on the grill, I was not Ordering it again, and I was also recommended the expensive steak on the menu, I liked the chicken dish better. The steak came with a ridiculous garnish of a purple onion slice on the steak.

The location and quality of food was very good but the service was just robotic and very stiff and cold. The place and service and staff simply lacked any semblance of warmth and welcome. It felt far too orchestrated and pretentious with minimal personal interaction, almost zero eye contact or smiles, and just really felt very cold. We've been around France and Switzerland for 3 weeks this trip, can do ok in French and do speak other languages, and are well traveled, so our are expectations are realistic. This place was just too pretentious, even compared to the Ritz in Geneva. And the place was not full and had a good mix of older patrons, families with small kids and adult groups. Just be nicer and warmer to customers and the experience would improve drastically.

LA COTE D'OR, this is located in a medieval building, very retro feeling, the dishes here are also first-class, and there is a Chinese menu, communication is completely no problem.

A beautiful restaurant in a beautiful village in the heart of Burgundy. The food was creative and delicious. The wine exquisite. Excellent service. I will definitely return soon.?

Le Ptit Bouchon is a GEM of a restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and the food was absolutely sublime and more than memorable. This little restaurant made our trip to France worth while.

We were attracted by the Valentines special which included only the menu. The set menu was very interesting, variations and some fusion cuisine, for example a ginger marinated carrot under lobster tail. All the food was interesting and there was a good variety. I can't speak to the regular menu, I doubt they repeat the same choices.A drawback is that they don't have wine pairings. I find this to be somewhat remiss as they do have a sommelier. The room is period with architecture from a previous era, the decor is updated and the room was cozy, although it would have added something to have a fireplace. The service is team service, which is refreshing, although at times we still had to wait longer than we should have. All in all, a good place to go, but I would not gvie it top marks, so the price doesn't really match the quality.
