在家门口新开的烧烤馆子，从装修的时候我和老公就想过来尝一尝。今日终于拔草了。两层的小餐馆，地方不大，不过挺整洁的，服务也不错，主要价位合理便宜。金针菇，韭菜，还有茄子每一份儿都是6块钱，原本以为分量不会太大，没想到一上去，比十几块钱一份的量还大，并且味道相当不错。这几天新店开张，还有优惠活动，一份烤羊腿，48元，是烤好了，切好小块的那种，虽然份量足够两个人吃，只是觉得不是一个整的羊腿肉，原价是一百多，如果按照原价，这个份量就不太值了。并且味道不如别的烧烤类菜品入味，肉比较硬，干巴巴的没有什么水分，调料也不够爽口，好在比较公道。建议还是单点现烤的羊肉串。总体来说挺好的，酒的标价也不贵，合适朋友相聚，有机会还是回来光顾的。

7月31号去吃的，这是517吃货节兑换菜品的最后一单体验，也是有效期最后一天去的，517兑换了不少菜品，95%都去感受了，各有特色，无论是口味，环境还是服务都特别不错，这家也不例外。餐厅位于通州新华联家园北区东门南侧底商，附近果园地铁站，公交站，交通比较合适。这是一家以做羊肉为主的食堂，所用的羊都是来自内蒙古锡林郭勒大草原苏尼特地区一种黑头花脸看起来很萌的羊。据说这种羊都是每年只生一窝而且只生一个的独生子，从生下来就只吃牧草不吃饲料，大草原上撒欢的跑，羊肉高蛋白低脂肪营养特别丰富，夏季吃羊肉温补。说说这道菜。蒙古炖羊肉，没有过多的配菜，就是简单的带骨羊肉配上几根油菜，做出的味道特别赞，没有膻味，羊肉鲜，香，嫩，有嚼劲，可口不腻，有一些脆骨和胶质吃起来也很香。装菜的瓷盘也很考究，底下是几根小蜡烛一直加热，盘里的羊肉一直滋滋的响着，半个多小时都是热的而且不会被烧焦。还点了几个羊肉串和一个腰子，三块钱一串的羊肉串确实超值，肉块大，肉嫩，腰子个也很大，味道都很好。服务特别好，一进店服务员先给上茶，还特别嘱咐茶水热别烫着，大麦茶是免费的，味特别香。

下午五点左右到的，赶在大批客人到来之前。店员和经理都很热心，很痛快就给兑了，说不需额外消费，但是限堂食。等待过程中，店员很热心地给上了一壶大麦茶，有免费wifi也不觉久等。菜没上来前我以为蒙古炖羊肉是羊肉和菜一起炖的，当菜闪亮登场时，我发现这菜真实在，除了边上点缀的油菜外，真真都是肉。这菜下面有加热，所以滋滋冒着声响，肉香扑鼻。废话不多说，赶紧吃起来。先来一块最爱的腿踺子肉，肉质鲜嫩，汤汁浓稠。不得不夸赞大厨火候掌握很好，既无嚼不动现象，也无肉烂到无食肉感现象。而表面一盘炖羊肉其实内容很丰富，涵盖了多部位，腿踺子，小排，棒骨，之类。这菜非常适合秋冬食用，羊肉暖胃。夏季吃如果没开空调就会吃得满头大汗，我就是这样，但我还是发挥了实力，掩面逃走。下次再来品尝其他菜。

5，17后期抢的只是位置有些远，因为看有人评价说味道不错才兑换的。进店就能闻到羊肉特有的膻味，说了兑换炖羊肉，服务生很痛快验证，我又加了碗白饭，等了一会就端上来了外加一壶热热的大麦茶，先倒上一杯凉着，羊肉下面有小火慢炖着滋滋作响。样子看上去好像很清淡不过里面有花椒，大料，姜片，蒜蓉，辣子，还搭配了两节油菜不至于太腻。一口咬下去觉得好嫩啊，咸淡正好调味也合适能吃出羊肉本身的味道。虽然盘子是浅口的看着肉并不多我还是剩下了一小半，正好打包带给我爸尝尝，米饭2块打包盒1块，我感觉有机会可以去试试烤羊腿或烤羊排，要了名片，因为要提前预订。美中不足是里面有小小的碎骨很容易硌到，吃完喝杯大麦茶正好去油腻。

羊肉特别地道，烤韭菜吃了那么多家真的很难吃到烤的如此好的，羊板筋厚厚的又烤的嫩，的确是板筋不是板筋纸，烤茄子一大盘，哎哟，很美味，不远一个小时过来吃，拔草成功，老板娘人非常好，服务生都笑容满面。
