Authentic Hungarian cuisine. The restaurant has a traditional feel (open 1899) and Hungarian cuisine, it is very good! I tried to make bone marrow with toast and garlic, it was really delicious! My Hungarian friend told me to smear raw garlic on toast, sprinkle bone marrow on toast, sprinkle a little salt on bone marrow. The combination of taste is sacred. I also tried chicken soup and hot pot with bone marrow... both of which are typical of my grandmother's home-cooked soup and never impressed. It was really good. The main course of my buttered salmon was also good. I don’t like to like I spent too much on delicious bread and soup in my main course. If you want to try very good traditional Hungarian cuisine, this is one of the places to go in Budapest!
