The whole process, a kind of soft cake called injera bread is torn into small pieces and wrapped in various dishes. The utensils used are cups except for the plates. I feel that Ethiopian prefers acid-sour food, whether it is honey wine,injera bread or dishes cooked with local specialty seasonings. The only thing that doesn&#39;t have the courage to try is the special seasoned raw beef stuffing. ​

The Lebanese cuisine of Sabaya on the second floor of the InterContinental Hotel is not bad. ​ I have tried a lot of dishes I have not seen, and there are some familiar looks, but there is an unexpected taste after the entrance. This feeling is really wonderful.

位于洲际酒店室外游泳池旁边的餐厅是我们在开罗吃的最贵的一顿饭了 晚上独有的套餐感觉分量很大 虽然各式各样的肉并不好吃 不过感觉还是很新鲜的 整个店室外的空间直接面向看得到开罗塔的尼罗河 夕阳的时候还是很漂亮的 晚上有些游船点缀在河流上 吹着风喝着酒感觉也不错

The restaurant next to the outdoor pool of the InterContinental Hotel is the most expensive meal we have eaten in Cairo. The unique set meal at night feels large. Although the various meats are not delicious, it still feels very fresh. The outdoor space of the entire store is directly facing the Cairo Tower. The Nile River is still very beautiful at sunset. Some cruise ships are dotted on the river at night. It feels good to drink wine with the wind.

There are 5 restaurants to eat at. We ate at 3 of them. The Lesser Faker was Egyptian &amp; by far the best for service &amp; atmosphere. The pita&#39;s were fab here as was our dinner. Book these places if you intend to eat after 10pm or at week-ends as they become very busy &amp; get booked up. They have entertainment each night which is good. The Asia Bar food was excellent but the food goes cold quick as there is no hot plates to keep it warm in the middle of the table.
