The tower height 146.5 meters, once maintained the world's highest building, for more than 3,800 years, due to the age-old weathering top peeling, now the height is about 138.8 meters, equivalent to the height of the 40-story building, the bottom of the pyramid is about 230.4 meters, the tower body is made of 2.3 million stones, The total weight was about 5.9 million tons and the volume was about 2.5 million cubic meters. These stones were towed up the spiral upwards in the pyramid, and piled up layer by layer, over 100,000 craftsmen spent about 20 years to complete the human miracle. [Legend of Pyramid Construction of Hufu] It is estimated that the stones that built the pyramid weigh about 2.5 tons per piece, and a total of 2.3 million such megaliths are required. According to the calculation of the pyramid construction of Hufu for 20 years, nearly 800 tons of megaliths are placed every day, in other words, The average hourly 13 stones to the designated position, day and night, this amount of engineering seems incredible today, how in those far-off years did the ancient Egyptians reach such high levels of technology? Where did this super-knowledge come from? Why is it not inherited? Ticket: 200 Egyptian pounds (the time price is about 84 yuan) Time: 6:00-22:00 Address: Al Haram, Giza Governorate, Egyptian Traffic: M7 Road bus can be reached, Uber taxi can also be"

avatarPlum9195"The Great Pyramids are very very crowded so I advise you to go either very early in the morning or go after lunch if you want to try to have fewer people around. It is a better experience if you go with a certified guide, book one before you travel and they will usually pick you up from your hotel and drop you back to your hotel after the tour is finished. You have to purchase an extra ticket if you want to go inside of the pyramid, the general ticket just allows you to see the outside of the Great Pyramids. If you want to use a camera, not just your cell phone camera to take pictures there is also an extra fee. There are student priced tickets that are much less than regular priced tickets, if you have an student ID. Citizens of Egypt also pay less than non-citizens. This is an amazing site and no visit to Egypt is complete without visiting here."

avatar凹凸曼和小伙伴"Hanging church on the fortress ⛪️The Hanging Church, also known as the Church of Santa Maria Recommendation index🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 📍Location: Above the entrance of Babylon Fortress in the Coptic Old City of Cairo, Egypt. 🎫Ticket: 🆓free 🚧Opening hours: 8:00am~16:00pm ⌚️Play time: 2 hours 📌Recommendation reason: 🔸The day of the visit coincided with Sunday. Two priests in black and white clothes led everyone to worship. After the service, they sprinkled holy water and gave holy food. The foreign country witnessed the power of faith in this ancient and exquisite church, which is very special. 🔹From the architectural style, although it is a Christian church, the whole is full of Middle Eastern style, including exquisite cross patterns. If you think about it, many styles of the Alhambra are similar. Of course, this is also what a layman said. 🔸The garden at the entrance has many exquisite murals depicting biblical stories. 📝Travel tips: 🔺 Regardless of whether you have faith or not, you must respect the local culture, be cautious in your words and deeds, and do not make noise during the visit."

World Heritage Site and top historic destinations for you! The late Maya Angelou once remarked, “History, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be unlived, but if faced with courage, need not be lived again.” It is precisely this fascination with what came before that inspired us to look at the world’s most amazing historic destinations. Temples and monuments to grand empires feature prominently in our list, poignant reminders that no matter how much we think the world around us fixed and constant, time erases all in the end.
