Busy with achieving goals and advancing tasks, we relentlessly pursue results, often neglecting our team members who have been understanding, supportive, and resilient alongside us, forgetting to appreciate this precious bond. This team-building trip took us to Shiqiaopu Ancient Village in eastern Liling, where we found peace and quiet amidst the ancient ruins along the Youli Mountain Road, commemorating the warmth of our shared journey. Shiqiaopu Ancient Village, established in the Yuan Dynasty, sits on a mountain road on the border of Hunan and Jiangxi provinces. Its inhabitants migrated from southern Jiangxi, resulting in a harmonious blend of architectural techniques and folk customs from both regions. Ming and Qing dynasty residences are nestled in the valley, with well-preserved ancient ruins, stone arch bridges, and cobblestone post roads. Mountain streams meander through the village, surrounded by rolling fields and ancient trees. The cultural landscape blends seamlessly with the natural scenery, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere far removed from commercial bustle. We strolled leisurely along ancient alleys and mountain paths, admiring the layout of the old buildings while sitting and chatting, reflecting on the team's journey of adjustment, perseverance, and growth. Everyone openly shared their feelings, recounting heartwarming moments of mutual support during difficult times and understanding in daily work, sincerely appreciating every act of support and companionship. While wandering, we took photos of each other, envisioned the future, and set aside job titles and work pressures, leaving only genuine camaraderie. The tranquility of the mountains of Xiangdong cleansed our minds of restlessness, making us understand more clearly that all outstanding achievements are never the result of one person alone, but rather the result of everyone working together and achieving together. There is no lonely journey in the workplace; a group of people on a shared path, walking side by side, is the only way to go far and steady. Moving forward, with gratitude in our hearts and unwavering commitment to our original aspirations, we will work together, never stopping, using the power of the team to reach our own stars and sea.
