Food was good but ZERO ambiance. It wasn&rsquo;t busy and there was no music. We could hear ourselves chew LOL. Service was ok but not great to be honest. Very slow.

The first feeling of entering the restaurant is elegant, too elegant, the table with white dining cloth gives a clean feeling, when the food is served, it will feel exquisite, too exquisite, and the taste is quite good, but the price is a bit expensive, after all, the installation needs a little cost.

I will definitely come again if I have time. The waiters are friendly, very polite, very helpful and hospitable. My partner ordered grilled shrimp and mangoes, which made him very pleasant. I ordered cooked beef, which tasted great and tasted great. We found this shop in Travel Advisor and Madrid&#39;s top 10 travel guides, without disappointing, and decorated very differently.

This was exactly the food and ambience experience we were looking for on this night: traditional Indian food in a quiet, friendly setting.  We ordered our favorite dishes: vegetable pakora, garlic naan, chana masala, and butter chicken.  Everything was serve red hot and delicious with a rich and familiar flavor.  Service was excellent and prompt.  The wait staff was very friendly.

The food here is amazing - delicious and beautifully presented! (The desserts are worth a visit itself!). The restaurant is located in a beautiful backyard, with a nice atmosphere. The only thing I would comment on, is that the tempo is too high. One just gets to finish a course before the next one is on its way to the table. After all the courses, we had the table for ourselves for another hour, so I didn&rsquo;t get the impression of that the table was reserved for anybody else that night. It got a bit hesitating when you got a new course in front of you while you were still chewing on the last one. We solved this by asking for a small pause between the courses, but at this level of dining, one should not have to. As you have the entire evening, we don&rsquo;t see why one should rush such fine foods. The staff was very kind, polite and charming.

It was mediocre. We ordered the salad as a side for our meals and it was literally the same as you get for burger toppings. Two raw onion slices on two slices of tomato and two pieces of lettuce. Then you get a packet of olive oil, a packet of vinegar and a packet of salt. So you make your own salad. It was a bit comical. We honestly didn&#39;t know if it was for the burger or was the side. Chicken tenders were good. The cookie skillet was not bad. The rest of the food (half chicken and burgers) was just ok. If you are hoping to be at Tony Romas of the West, this isn&#39;t it.

Great experience, I would recommend this to anyone as a great option for a tasty meal in Madrid. The food quality is great if you love American-style BBQ and burgers, and they have some great starters too! Free refill on sodas is a welcomed plus, and also I really appreciated how they default to serving your Coke Zero with ice and lime (I normally have to request this). You&#39;re also given wet wipes to wash your hands off all the delicious sauce at the end. Great touches!The space is nice and cozy, it&#39;s not a claustrophobic restaurant but it is also not huge, which is perfect for enjoying your meal without excessive noise or feeling crowded. The location we went to, in the Gran Via, is very central and easy to find - close to lots of points of interest, so you don&#39;t even have to go out of your way to eat here.If you&#39;re lucky enough to be served by Silvia like we were, you can expect a wonderful experience as she was extraordinarily attentive, very friendly, and efficient.  We had a great time thanks to her!Lastly, for those who care, they did put a lot of effort into their Halloween decorations. So if you&#39;re into that, so are they. :)

Family of 4 on the Bliss menu on Christmas Day.  The appetizer selection was two appetizers for the table.  The wings had 6 wings not 8.  How difficult is it to do 2 wings per person?  Nachos were average.Three ordered ribs, none were tender, and one looked as if it was dried out.  The plate consisted of ribs and a handful of fries.  The Chicken Caesar Salad was the third entree.  The chicken was bland and chewy.  The creamy dressing was runny.  There were tomatoes included as well. Service was less then.  We sent back the ribs and ordered a substitute, a burger that took 20 minutes to arrive.  During that time our server did not return with an update or to see if we wanted refills.  Server brought the replacement meal and didn&rsquo;t ask if the rest of the party wanted anything else.  We did manage to get our deserts to go, but the server brought us the wrong check and had to go back for the right one.Reservation was made based on what was available in the area.  The fixed menu would not have been chosen if it wasn&rsquo;t the only option at the time.  I doubt we would ever go to that location let alone any Tony Roma&rsquo;s ever again.  Not worth it. Dismal experience on Christmas Day.

The waiter saw that we had a reservation and confirmed the discount we expected. The food arrived quickly and we both thoroughly enjoyed everything. The bill didn&rsquo;t show the discount but this was quickly corrected when we pointed it out. We will look to book again next time we are in Madrid
