The Lotus Chinese Restaurant

I ordered soft poached eggs which were hard centred and cold.  My friend had a bagel, which she said was also cold.  Usually the food is excellent and this experience won&#39;t stop my from dining again - maybe just an off day in the kitchen?  Ambiance and service top notch!
