Unpretentious but a great experienceWe walked past and it looked inviting so without any recommendations we walked in. The welcome was efficient as was the service. The waitress was helpful and to her credit suggested that an entree size would be sufficient. When the food came it was authentic, tasty and very satisfying. We indicated we would share a dessert and the chef thoughtfully cut it in two and placed it on separate plates for us

One of the best Indian restaurantWe were in Brisbane during Christmas. This was the only restaurant which was open on Boxing Day around New Farm. So we thought of going there... this was one of the best meal we had on our Christmas break... the food was superb and in good quantity. We actually went there the next day as well and the owner asked &ldquo;do you want the same table again?&rdquo; We were pleasantly surprised that he remembered us. We ordered a curry and starter and we got rice as complementary with the curry .If you like good tasty Indian food, look no further. One more thing, just listen to the music being played there, it was nostalgic... 5/5 stars...

Continental Cafe A cafe that is quite old, really has a European feeling, so Australia is really the feeling that the people of Europe came to the colony and I was beating you. It was almost the same kind of Dan selling bags and coffee.

The Balfour Kitchen, hidden in a courtyard hotel, it is still very beautifully arranged, so that it looks a bit like French cuisine, and it is more refined.

First time visiting the Brunswick Hotel and I must say it was definitely a good fine.  Food was really nice and plentiful.  The service from the staff was excellent, very professional and friendly.    Only one thing I would say is the floor covering could perhaps be replaced as the carpet did have damp smell.  I would dine here again.

It had been almost 2 years since my last visit and it was wonderful that nothing much had changed. Great service, happy staff , good choice of Italian Food and an evening I can&#39;t wait to return to. 2 of us dined here. Only main courses were eaten. The size of these dishes was large so for hungry eaters GO to this restaurant. Both meals were Fish - Crumbed Barramundi with Chips and Salad. Salmon Fillet with the same. The fish were perfect, a simple salad nicely dressed and the BEST Crunchy Chips. My only negative comment was the weak in taste Vodka Martini and for that price a disappointment ,however my friend&#39;s Toblerone Cocktail ( creamy) was very well made. All in all a lovely simple Restaurant which is always busy and quite rightly so as guests get great service and a meal to remember.

We went for Dinner and had the Calamari that has a lovely light batter to enjoy. It has two extensive Pizza menus with Australian style and authentic Italian style. So enjoy what ever as they all looked wonderful. They are open every day and give service with a smile.

I&#39;ve been to this restaurant a couple of times with friends over the last 2 years and has usually been great experiences until last Sunday night dinner. I&#39;m not sure if they&#39;ve changed the chef but it was unanimous on our table that was the worse Italian food we&#39;ve ever eaten. The pizza was bland and the pasta was tasteless and fell apart as soon as you touched it. It was a shame because we actually used to like this place.
