very safety concious...a big plus these days!! Ambiance is relaxed but elegant. Service is fantastic. quick, professional and knowledgeable. Food always very good. Ham is excellent, amongst the best. Callos, fantastic. Turbot and the &#39;chuleton&#39; perfectly cooked, tender and extremely tasty. Torrija well worth trying. A fantastic experience.

Very nice friendly place. Excellent service headed by Ion. Everything was outstanding and the ambience was quiet and comfortable. Really recommend the place.

Very disappointing for a Michelan restaurant. The chair cushions are stained and dirty. The lights and noise level make you feel like you are in a cafeteria. The only option for a private ambience is two tables that are directly in front of the bathroom door and next to the kitchen door. The food (we had two versions of bacalao and an adulteration of ceviche) presented well but lacked in originality and flavor.  The tiramisu had a good flavor but the texture was like yogurt and was served in a yogurt cup. The staff were friendly and attentive.  For a Michelan restaurant, the prices were fair.

Esquisito. Los callos a la madrile&ntilde;a son muy dif&iacute;ciles de igualar. Todos los guisos son fabulosos y el producto que usan es de primera calidad.La tarta de tiramis&uacute; todo un acierto

Como siempre, nunca nos decepciona. Ya son a muchos a quienes hemos aconsejado acudir a este restaurante y todos, sin excepci&oacute;n salen encantados
