The monument to heroes in Constitution Square was completed in 1923, and was meant to commemorate the 3,000 Luxembourg soldiers killed in World War I, and was rebuilt after World War II was destroyed. The monument is 12 meters high and the statue of Victory is owned by local artist Klaus.
