听香堂坐落在平江河（平江路）河畔，小小巧巧的一栋老屋。有一位父亲和两位女儿一起合开，不过现在请了一些帮厨阿姨。不点菜，由父亲配菜，一般都是时令菜。也侧面提现了苏州人对时令的热衷。在这家店里，看到了老苏州的闲适和人情。

巨巨巨巨巨巨巨好吃，离开苏州之前吃的最满意的一顿，好吃到只顾着吃，想起想要拍照的时候都只剩盘子了。非常喜欢由老板推荐配菜的设定，每一道菜还会精细的讲解它的特色。

前几天领导在外滩松鹤楼花了大价钱请我们吃了一顿苏州菜，勾起了我苏州菜的胃口。隔天同事推荐了我苏州的松鹤楼。无意中在网上发现了这家隐藏在平江路深处巷子里苏州私房菜馆儿，苏州市口味前三名。提前一天电话老板，老板很笃定的说周日晚上全预约满了，我说周一呢？老板说周一公休。无奈挂掉了电话。想想还是不死心，又电话老板中午能否约上，老板说可以，但是最晚12:30要到，因为2:00她爸爸要关门午休的。正题：预约时老板就会提前告知她们家没有菜单，告诉她预约人数，老板会给配菜，烧什么吃什么，两位是四小碟冷盘，四个热炒，一份汤，两份甜汤。每人固定150元的餐位费。图片就是上菜的顺序，第一道热炒是手剥河虾仁功夫菜，苏州话的虾仁读&ldquo;欢您&rdquo;和欢迎谐音故放在第一道，意为迎客的意思。第二道热炒叫桌面响，爆炒鳝丝，上桌浇上热汤的油，听着热闹所以称作为桌面响。第三道菜是素菜，蛏子炒芹菜，苏州人又叫小死人炒芹菜，因为觉得蛏子像小死人（对男孩子的昵称）第四道菜是他们家的压轴，苏州四肉中的第四道肉：苏式酱方，三天出一锅，端上来晶莹剔透，肥肉抖一抖。第五道是：银鱼莼菜汤，第一次吃莼菜很鲜美。最后收尾的是我最爱吃的桂花糖水芋头。上菜的顺序很讲究，由淡到浓再变淡。闲暇间和老板聊天，他们是一家四口，姐妹俩有自己的工作有空来店里帮忙打理，老爸是掌勺大厨，为了不让爸爸太累每周一是老爸的公休日歇业，菜都是当天早上现买的，每天中午和晚上只有四桌的预定，只接预约客，不接现客。预约满了就不接客了。祖上三代都是做苏州菜厨师的。午后的苏式宅子坐在听香堂临窗的位置吃饭，有种时空穿越感，船夫摇着乌蓬船静静驶过，隔绝了九月正阳下的嘈杂，时间慢下来，慢到可以用三天烹饪一块肉，慢到可以坐下来聊聊天。美味的食物，美好的事物趁记忆还不是很模糊是记录下来 喜欢苏州菜的童鞋们绝对可以来小试一下 地道。

与平江路一河之隔，退休后的老爹想着自己烹饪爱好，就与女儿们一起开启了听香堂的故事。老爹采购主厨，大女儿对外营销，小女儿店内帮忙。每天做着苏州人家菜桌上的各式私家小菜。
