瑞邱村德先楼又称&ldquo;德先围&rdquo;，是由当地首富钟济怀创建于清光绪二年（1876年），历经30多年才建成此规模。整座楼建于山坡之上，布局造型独特，高差达到八米，远看似一座高大的城堡，是客家围屋中罕有的。德先楼占地面积有5000平方米，俯瞰为三堂二横四角楼，右侧横屋进门，内有平房3层，大、小厅堂13间，天井六个，共有120间房，建筑占地面积3800多平方米。楼内雕梁画栋，灰塑彩绘精美，保存完好。2010年广东省重点文物保护单位。
