TheForkUserService was great. Warm goat cheese on lettuce was perfect starter along with a delicious Sauvignon Blanc. We both had the Wok meals : the fish was better than the chicken and a little sweet but full of good vegetables. We stayed for coffee and strawberries and enjoyed our time at Marleys.

TheForkUserThe entire experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food was fantastic, we took the juice pairing and it was really a perfect match. Matteo Ferrantino is very charismatic and his team are all extremely competent and charming, which lead to a very relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. I have been to other Michelin star restaurants, which have felt a bit stuffy or where you feel like you have to whisper because they are so quiet. This was not the case at all at Bianc.The chairs were also very comfortable, which I know doesn’t say anything about the food, but I think it is always important when you are going to be sitting for several hours. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant, if you’re going to be in Hamburg.

Ambience, Service and Food were excellent and after months and months of restaurant abstinence due to the ongoing pandemic it was a true highlight at the beginning of 2022. To the young team of the restaurant: very well done - Congratulations you gave us an evening to remember!!!
