The hotel service was excellent, with quick and responsive communication even before my arrival. They even helped me receive packages. I arrived around 8 AM, and to my pleasant surprise, they allowed me an early check-in so I could freshen up. They also made me a cup of coffee, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable, simple, but very clean and quiet. The hotel's location is also fantastic. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station and another 10 minutes to nearby restaurants. There's also a convenience store and a massage parlor downstairs, and it's easy to hail a taxi. The hotel lobby has many Instagrammable spots, and they offer complimentary coffee, water, and tea daily. I really love this hotel; it offers great value for money, and I'd definitely return! I'll choose you again next time! 🥰 I want to give a special shout-out to Eusun & Aya. They were incredibly thoughtful and professional, always asking if I needed anything whenever they saw me. This level of service is truly outstanding, very attentive customer service! Well done! 🥰

Excellent location, with easy access to food, drinks, and transportation. The room was quiet and peaceful, the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, a perfect experience!

The location is great, about an 8-minute walk from Luohu Port, which is very convenient. However, despite using earplugs, the room wasn't soundproof at all. Every time someone opened or closed a door outside, or there was chatter, it was very loud and affected my sleep. There was also a musty smell in the room that lingered even after using the air freshener, and I spotted some small insects.
