Pros:
Very convenient location, with the metro station just a short walk away. Everything you might need is nearby: 7-Eleven, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. There is also a coffee shop inside the hotel with decent coffee and good desserts.
Nice view from the 25th floor. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Housekeeping was good — no complaints about the housekeeping staff at all. Breakfast was decent, although nothing exceptional.
Cons:
We stayed for 10 nights in room 2583, a Privilege room on the 25th floor.
The biggest problem was the air conditioning. The temperature control simply did not work properly: regardless of the setting, the room stayed at around 22–23°C and the AC constantly blew very cold air. The only things we could effectively control were the fan speed and turning the unit on or off. The AC was also quite noisy and produced an unpleasant smell while running.
Turning it off was not really a solution either, because the room quickly became hot and stuffy. The window was locked and could not be opened, so there was no natural ventilation. Basically, the choice was between very cold air from the AC and a hot, stuffy room without it.
The second serious problem was the hot water. The water pressure was very weak, and even at the maximum temperature setting the water was barely warm. Taking a normal hot shower was simply impossible.
The room itself was also not in particularly good condition. There was a large stain on the carpet and noticeable strange marks on the ceiling. This was especially disappointing for a Privilege category room.
By the end of our stay, both of us became quite ill and effectively lost the last two days of our holiday. I cannot claim that the AC was directly responsible, but the combination of constantly cold air, stuffiness when the AC was turned off, lack of natural ventilation, and the inability to take a hot shower made the situation extremely uncomfortable.
We did not report the AC and hot water problems to reception during our stay, and in hindsight we probably should have. However, after the trip I looked through other guest reviews more carefully and found reports describing similar problems with the air conditioning, water temperature and water pressure. So apparently our experience was not unique to our particular room.
There was also a small but unpleasant situation with drinking water. On August 24, we deliberately used the DND sign because the room did not need cleaning that day — we often do this to avoid unnecessary housekeeping and save hotel resources. On August 25, we were both ill and spent almost the entire day in the room, so housekeeping did not enter on that day either.
As a result, the usual complimentary drinking water was not replenished for two days, which is understandable. However, when we were both feeling very unwell and called reception at around 10:15 PM on August 25 asking for some drinking water, we were told that the hotel's regular bottles would cost THB 50 each. The amount itself is insignificant, but after a 10-night stay, being charged for drinking water simply because we had skipped housekeeping felt rather disappointing.
After the trip, we submitted a complaint through Trip.com. The hotel declined to provide any compensation; Trip.com eventually provided a small compensation themselves.
Overall: the hotel has an excellent location, good housekeeping and generally decent service, but the problems with such basic aspects of the room seriously affected our stay. I do not expect luxury from a Privilege room, but a properly functioning AC with adjustable temperature and a normal hot shower are basic things I expect from any hotel.

Hotel located in the heart of soi 11. Everything is nearby. but the hotel customer care is actually careless. they dont give a **** if you have any problem or not. cause they have so many corporate group booking round the years.

The location is excellent, easily accessible on foot from Nana Station. The price is reasonable, but the service might reflect that.
There was hair in the refrigerator, which made me reluctant to chill my drinks. Overall, the cleaning was subpar.
The lighting was dim, and the hotel facilities were old, creating a somewhat eerie atmosphere. A bit scary, actually.
The pool is located on a mid-floor, surrounded by walls, so there's no view. There was a very deep pool, but a lifeguard (or attendant?) was present, which was reassuring. When I borrowed a towel, they warned me about the deep end, which was helpful.
Even though it was a Saturday, check-in was smooth with no queue.
