Sook Hotel

We chose SOOK Hotel for one night in Ranong during our rental car road trip from Bangkok to Phuket, and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is beautifully designed, making you feel comfortable right from the start. The rooms are very comfortable, with large and very cozy beds. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the rooms are clean with separate wet and dry areas. There's ample parking right in front of the hotel. The location is also very central, with restaurants, cafes, natural hot springs, and attractions all within close proximity. During our stay, the public park, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, in front of the Rattanarangsan Palace (a historical teakwood replica), was beautifully lit up at night. If you're passing through Ranong and looking for good accommodation at a fair price, we can highly recommend SOOK Hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great. The price was reasonable, the location was excellent – quiet yet close to all the action. On Saturday nights, there's a pedestrian street very close by, just a short walk from the hotel. The room had a Japanese-style decor, with clean bedding and a sunny balcony. Breakfast didn't disappoint either, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
