The hotel is located within a 5-minute drive of Hanoi Terminal 2 Airport. It is not possible to walk from the hotel to the airport, as there is an expressway to cross. A great advantage is that the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport, even though we had to leave at 4 a.m. You just need to make an advance booking with the hotel during check-in, and they will arrange a private car for you.
The staff, including the driver and receptionist are well trained and extremely friendly.
The area outside the hotel feels like a village, and you have to pass through a few very narrow alleys. However, once you step into the hotel, it gives a completely different impression. I had a very short stay at this hotel, so I couldn’t comment much, but the room cleanliness is top-notch! Hotel interior looks quite new.
All the necessary toiletries and amenities are provided, including two complimentary bottles of drinking water. The rest of the items in the minibar are chargeable, but the prices are clearly indicated upfront. The shower has strong water pressure and stable temperature, and both shower gel and shampoo are provided.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to travelers who need a transit hotel near Hanoi Airport.
