The location is very strategic. I was shocked they dont have room service especially they are 4 stars hotel. During the housekeeping. I was shocked only my bed sheet has been tidy up while the others not being tidy up. The shower also leaking at the pipe body. The water draining very slow. So when I was showering, its flooding on the floor. If I shower a little bit longer it will flood to the other side. As compared to the other hotel that I have stayed, for 4 stars hotel with this service is a meh.

The room is clean spacious and comfortable. The reason that I booked this roomie bcos working desk and balcony. Love there is a working desk that face balcony instead of the usual facing wall. And of course the balcony. Lift is face and convenient to go to parking also. Although I got a room facing the children pool , but the pool is closed. So it isn’t that bad bcos no noise.

Getting a taxi was easy and affordable, and it wasn't far from any of the attractions. The room was quite spacious and clean. You have to scan your card to use the elevator to your room, which felt very secure. The front desk staff was polite too. I'd recommend staying here.

Found stained towel in toilet which felt uncomfortable. Breakfast queue is super long with limited seatingd, waited around 10mins to be seated.
