The location is great, right in the heart of Ubud. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The room felt old, especially the bathroom. The bedding was also damp overall. And when I was choosing fruit for breakfast, I noticed a lot of fruit flies all over them. After that, I couldn't eat the rest of my breakfast.

The hotel was actually worth the price. The room was amazing. Staff was definitely very very nice. The only thing is there’s a lounge like 100m away from the hotel and they play live music all night. Good thing my partner and I are pretty tired when we get back so we sleep straight away. But if you’re a light sleeper probably not the best. However the location is VERY VERY convenient. 10-15 minutes walk to the markets and 15-20 minutes walk to the monkey Forrest.

Close to the palace and the monkey forest. When I checked in, they gave me a room that was quite out of the way and uphill. I talked to the front desk and got it changed, so it's important for Chinese travelers abroad to stand up for their rights. The overall facilities are quite old, in a traditional-style building. The room door is secured with a large padlock and key, and a bolt on the inside. Since my room was on the first floor, there were quite a few mosquitoes. After I reported it, they provided an electric mosquito repellent. The nearby bars were quite noisy at night, lasting until around midnight. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd recommend considering another place to stay. Toiletries weren't provided, only a hand towel and bath towel. One of the outlets in my room was broken. Also, the hairdryer in the room had a different plug, and they initially forgot to provide an adapter. After I informed the front desk, housekeeping brought over an adapter.

I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. Old furniture no AC working, area not quite I think there is club nearby so the sound can be heard from the room all the night, no tissue.

Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Ubud, this one was the most stunning. The entrance is a small alley, but once you walk in, it opens up to a hidden paradise. The entire resort is quite expansive, with rice paddies, a pool, and beautiful birdsong and flowers. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was huge, and the balcony was lovely. They even added an extra bed for us knowing we had a child. Breakfast was à la carte; the variety wasn't huge, but the portions were very generous. Overall, even though this resort has some age to it, it's really well-maintained and operated.

The stay was so good we extended it for one more night. The rooms are beautiful, clean and the infinjty pool is beautiful. The hotel offers a variety of services (excursions, restaurant…) and the spa is also very convenient. Loved our stay. Incredible to think you are in the center of ubud

My room numbers 324 & 323 are just opposite the upstairs check-in front desk. Their workers help to carry my luggage, about 20kg to my room and another luggage to my daughter's room. The staff are friendly and nice, even though I have not given them a tip and am busy putting my bag in the room. Appreciated his help so much and would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Giving me a shock while reach inside the hotel room. I have not living at such unique hotel before. It's really an experience for me and my families. I believe everyone will enjoy it too for the first time. But overall the hotel and the room is clean. IT'S REALLY CLEAN. The garden is nice and well-maintained. Its fresh and cozy in the earlier morning. But its a music band sound in the night time because the CP LOUNGE is just beside the hotel. It might be noise for some guests but for me is okieeee because I like a happening environment. The food provided is the breakfast that I have ordered online with the room. They will served you the option of the menu provided you choose and might be will give you more if you ask for it and might be have some charges too. Its really depend on the staff serving there at the being time. Overall, the food is not the best, but can eat. BUT BUT BUT their hot ginger lemon honey lemongrass is the best must have is about IDR30,000 only. Remember must try.....
