Homers Hotel

Fantastically located hotel right on the beach front. The room was huge, if a little dated on the decor front. Massive and comfortable bed.  Close by to metro and bus stops.  We didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself (because we were out exploring). There is a good restaurant/bar right next door.

Absolutely amazing stay. Literally right in front of the beach and has a steak buffet and breakfast attached to the hotel. So many food places around and shopping and activities within 30 mins from hotel. View was exactly where they said it was of the bridge. Staff was nice! Would go again! Room was huge

Second time staying though it is always dismaying that a hotel cannot recognise or even return guests. A simple, ‘Welcome back’ doesn’t cost anything. Also , as before, I arrived 10 mins before official check in time (3pm) , to be told that if i wanted to check in early , I could pay 10,000 yen. So silly. Hotel otherwise nice, stayed in a smaller ‘business room’ with city view this time which was fine. Lots of restaurants around, and small shops. Useful bus routes too near by. Might consider staying again.
