Homers Hotel

The sea view is absolutely stunning, directly facing Gwangandaegyo Bridge. Below, you'll find the Haeundae Beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was incredibly spacious; the twin room we booked for two people was very comfortable. Since it's right by the sea, it's a bit of a distance from the subway station. The lobby on the sixth floor has an outdoor terrace facing the ocean, perfect for taking photos.

The room was a bit old and the hygiene was just average, but the view was first-rate. It's about 800 meters from the subway, and there's everything you need downstairs. Breakfast was standard, and the service attitude was good.

The hotel is very close to the beach, so the view from the window is great, and the surrounding area is convenient. However, check-in is strictly at 3 PM. Even a minute early is not allowed. Everyone has to wait until 3 PM, so the lobby was full of people waiting. It felt a bit impersonal. Also, the blue light from the air conditioner couldn't be turned off and was very bright. One of the room lights was also broken and stayed on, which really affected my sleep. On the last day, I paid an extra 100 RMB for breakfast. The variety was very limited and quite mediocre – not worth the price.

The hotel's location and service were good, but the facilities were terrible!!! Firstly, there are only two elevators, which stop on every floor during peak hours, making them very inefficient. Secondly, the soundproofing is very poor, and the basic facilities are quite old (e.g., no toilet seat, very small sink), making them difficult to use. Lastly, and most importantly, the air conditioning was broken and couldn't be adjusted, often leading to room temperatures close to 30 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep from the heat. In summary, while the location is convenient, the overall experience needs significant improvement.

Huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a very spacious room with Gwangalli Beach right outside. The location is excellent, and there are tons of food options downstairs like No More Pizza, marinated crab, and pig's trotters. Convenience stores and Olive Young are also well-stocked.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The room faced Gwangan Bridge and the beach, which was incredibly beautiful. It was so relaxing to take a walk in the morning and evening, avoiding the crowds. The only thing I'd complain about in the room was how bright the AC's power light was! It made it a bit difficult to fall asleep...

Great location, right by the beach. The room was spacious, I could lay my largest suitcase flat on the floor with plenty of room left, which is great for families with kids. The sea view from the room was stunning. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel, and the area is lively. The room itself was quiet, and the breakfast selection was pretty good. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom counter is too small, which isn't ideal for someone who needs space to do their makeup.
