The room was clean and hygienic. The front desk said they upgraded me, but I didn't really see a difference; it still seemed like a standard king room. Overall, everything was quite good, especially the excellent service. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety, even better than the previous Jianguo Hotel, reaching a near five-star standard. It's great value for money, so I highly recommend it.

We slept in two apartments for four days, and our backs are killing us! The mattresses are all warped in the middle—they need a new mattress!!! The beds need a new bed!!! They're so old!!! So old!!! The sink drain valve is so old; we had to manually operate it repeatedly to get the water to flow!!! In short, a very bad experience! One of the female staff members (older and overweight) had a really long face and was barely responsive when we asked questions!

The location is fairly convenient, about a 7-8 minute walk from Beijing University of Technology subway station; the rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but they do have family rooms with two beds, one large and one small, which is just right, and the rooms are quite clean; the breakfast is between four and five stars, not bad; the self-service laundry machine is quite old, I suggest cleaning the detergent compartment; the large shower head on the ceiling drips cold water continuously when using the side shower head, this needs to be repaired.

This is a terrible star-rated hotel with absolutely no service! 1. No matter how many staff members are at the front desk, there's always only one person handling check-in and check-out, even when there's a queue. 2. The huge lobby only has four free chairs; the entire lobby is a paid tea bar. 3. The rooms have outdated facilities, tiny TVs, dim lighting, and drafty windows. I really wonder if the guests who gave this hotel good reviews actually stayed here?

It was fine before, but I suddenly found that the soundproofing was bad. There was loud snoring from the next room in the middle of the night, and there was also a lot of running water next door. It was noisy...
