Friendship Hotel Hangzhou （West lake）

Although the room was a bit small and the bathroom had a bathtub (a shower stall would have been better), the view was amazing. I could enjoy the beautiful West Lake scenery right from my bed. To my surprise, the pillows were memory foam, which saved my neck and my sleep! The revolving restaurant for breakfast also offered breathtaking views, with the entire West Lake laid out before you. This was an absolutely fantastic experience! I'll definitely come back again.

The location is excellent, right next to in77, and only a five-minute walk to West Lake. The room was very clean and had no strange odors. Upon entering the lobby, a welcoming gentleman immediately offered to help with our luggage and took it to the front desk. All the staff were very enthusiastic. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. The revolving restaurant provides a panoramic view of West Lake. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou.

Is five stars the highest rating for service? Because this service is just too good! My car was still by the roadside, and as soon as I got out, someone was there to help with my luggage, and the same when I left. My suitcase was quite large, and the front desk even proactively helped carry it to my room. Wow, for the price of 555 a night, to get this kind of service is amazing. The location speaks for itself, only 100 meters from in77 and the subway station. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

The facilities are excellent, hygiene is great, and the environment and location are superb. Just turn left and walk straight, and you're at the Intime shopping district and the West Lake musical fountain. Longxiangqiao subway station is also right nearby, making transportation very convenient. The service is attentive and enthusiastic! The room bar is very generous, with 6 bottles of mineral water every day, plus milk and nuts. There's a mini-fridge in the room, which is a lifesaver in summer. The hotel's bags and room cards are beautifully designed, and they even gave me a souvenir upon check-out. The bathroom has a rainfall shower, which is fantastic!

Conveniently located near West Lake with easy access to transport. Although the hotel has some history, it's well-maintained. It's comfortable and quiet, and the staff at the front desk, in the rooms, and at the restaurant are all really nice. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. On my birthday, they surprised me with a small cake in the evening. Plus, their red bean bread is delicious! 😋 A very pleasant stay.

This hotel is excellent in every aspect – its location, room facilities, cleanliness, and the front desk staff are all outstanding. They genuinely care and provide thoughtful, meticulous service. I'll definitely choose Hangzhou Friendship Hotel again for my next visit and will recommend it to my friends and family.

This was my first stay at Youhao Hotel, and I was really impressed. There are tons of dining options nearby, it's only a 5-minute walk to the subway, and West Lake is just 10 minutes away. The room was spotless, and they thoughtfully provided pure gauze pajamas, cute little decorative items, and some snacks. I even had a beautiful view of West Lake from my window! All the staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Hangzhou.

The location is incredibly convenient, with West Lake, Longxiangqiao subway station, and the main Zhiweiguan restaurant all within easy walking distance. It's surrounded by malls, making dining and strolling around very convenient. The hotel service was excellent, and I hope to have the chance to visit again.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake, and right next to Intime Shopping Mall. It's just a few minutes' walk to Zhi Wei Guan, where I bought my favorite pastries and tried the most authentic Hangzhou delicacies. Very good!
