The service and the room were both great! The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The nearest bus stop, Gân Ngã 3 đường vào Dinh bà, is actually quite a walk away, which was a bit unexpected. The only downside was the amount of mosquitoes in the room. I was bitten so much I couldn't sleep all night! Mosquito coils or bug spray are an absolute must!

The room was very clean and tidy. There were a few insects like ants, but that's normal given the natural surroundings. The hotel environment is very new, small, and feels cozy. The outdoor bathroom was interesting, but there wasn't enough space for toiletries, so I had to take them back to the room. I'd suggest adding conditioner, as it's a must-have for women. Also, it would be great if breakfast hours could be extended. After all, when you're on vacation, you want to sleep in a bit. I missed breakfast both days, which was a shame. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

This is a very cozy, quiet, and secluded bungalow hotel nestled in the island's jungle. However, the endless screeching of cicadas is quite a nuisance. They really do shriek like crazy. The bungalows themselves are clean and well-maintained, though the air conditioning is a bit hit-or-miss. The water quality is excellent. The owners are very kind and hospitable; they're always ready to help and offer advice. You can even rent a motorbike directly from the hotel. Plus, there are adorable dogs living on the property, which, as an animal lover, I absolutely loved. Food-wise, it's about a 3 out of 10. The breakfast mainly consists of fried eggs and egg sandwiches. Everything else is soups, pho, and so on. European and Russian tourists generally don't eat this kind of food. The menu desperately needs an overhaul. At the very least, they should add pancakes, porridges, and avocado toast to diversify it. The hotel's location is a bit depressing and very remote from any entertainment or lively spots. It's in the Ong Lang beach area, which doesn't have many tourist attractions. There are only a few cafes and shops around, nothing particularly interesting.

We stayed at this hotel in March, booking for 5 days to unwind after our flight and explore the north of the island. I deeply regret not booking more days at this incredibly cozy hotel. My next hotel is in the center of the island, and 3-4 days there would have been sufficient for visiting the south, the cable car, shows, and island hopping. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, a break from noise and crowds, then this hotel in its idyllic setting is a must-visit. The hotel grounds are lush with flowering greenery, with several types of orchids blooming on the trees. The outdoor furniture is made from sturdy and beautiful natural wood. There's a small pool surrounded by lovely flowering plants, and even tiny pineapples growing! The hotel comprises 10 comfortable bungalows, ensuring peace and quiet at all times. The hotel is new, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable, there's a large TV with Russian channels, and a fridge – everything works perfectly. All the plumbing is in excellent condition, with a rain shower head, good water pressure, and hot water always available. The shower room and toilet are simply a delight! There's a gap between the wall and the roof, allowing plants to grow in from outside (it's a shame they hadn't bloomed yet) and hang over the shower. In the mornings, we woke up to birdsong before heading to breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious, with beautifully presented coffee and other dishes. You could help yourself to 3-4 kinds of fruit, while everything else was served individually by a waiter. You can also order room service throughout the day. The room had everything we needed: a comb, shower cap, toothpaste and brush, soap, and a razor – all replaced daily, even the comb. There was also shower gel, shampoo, robes, and slippers. Previous reviews mentioned a lack of a drying rack for clothes, but now there is one. The beach is less than 5 minutes away; we walked very slowly, and I recorded a video of the walk, which came out to 6 minutes. We loved the beach too; to the left, there were many Instagrammable spots for photos, and to the right, wild nature. The sand was light, squeaky underfoot, and the sea was clean and clear. As for prices in the north, everything was much cheaper and tastier at all the restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We bought fruit from stalls along the main road. We really miss "Agarwood Garden." It's a wonderful place, with a creative and caring owner and lovely, friendly staff. There's an affordable shop on site with all the essentials. A huge thank you to the hotel owner for his creative ideas that made our holiday unforgettable and filled with pleasant memories.

A very cozy place with lots of greenery and a wonderful administrator. The only downside was that I was checked into a bungalow next to the technical room, which had continuous noise 24/7. I couldn't get any sleep.

For the price, this hotel is simply excellent. Everything was great in terms of value for money. We rented a bungalow, and everything was in good condition, everything worked, and it wasn't noisy. There's a paid mini-bar, and they bring two bottles of water and clean the room daily. There's a small pool with sun loungers on the property; even when the hotel was full, we never had an issue finding a spot by the pool. Also right on site, there's a minimarket, currency exchange, a bar/cafe (where breakfast is served in the mornings, and our breakfast was included with the bungalow), and moped rental, which is very convenient. Within walking distance, there's a beach, plenty of minimarkets and cafes – basically everything you need for a beach holiday. The place is very secluded, more suitable for those who don't like noise and city hustle. The location itself is also very good, almost in the center of the island (though a bit closer to the north), 6 km from the city, and not far from the airport. If you want to explore, you can always rent a moped and travel around the island. Special thanks to the staff; they always responded very quickly to any request, even on some matters they weren't obliged to, and the overall attitude felt more like a family, which was very pleasant. So, a huge thank you to Agarwood Garden Resort, you're super! If I come back to the island, I will definitely stay with you again. The only things I would ask for are bottle openers in the rooms and a bit more variety at breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located, not far from the airport, perfect for experiencing the local vibe, and about a 15-minute walk to the beach. Environment: It's a stand-alone garden property with natural tropical plants. After a rain shower in the evening, everything felt fresh and vibrant in the morning. Service: All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us when we couldn't find a taxi. Highly recommended as a place to stay in the central part of Phu Quoc!
