Got a free room upgrade, and they even stocked the mini-fridge with plenty of water. Plus, a complimentary breakfast was included! The staff, both the men and women, were incredibly nice, and they could even help foreigners with their requests without any issues. Super professional, wow!

Traveling with my child and passing through Shanghai for business, we stayed at this absolutely wonderful hotel. The location is excellent, surrounded by high-end residential areas with high-quality residents, and there are many restaurants at the nearby Lianyungang Plaza and Thumb Plaza. The room was exceptionally clean, and the lobby was spacious enough to sit and relax. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my little one. The breakfast also offered great value for money – small but delightful.
