The location is extremely convenient, right downstairs from Sanlitun and very close to the subway station. You can easily take the subway if there's traffic congestion. The room was very clean, and the toiletries provided were of great quality. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. I left some items in the refrigerator when checking out; the front desk not only retrieved them for me but also kept them refrigerated until I came back to pick them up. Thank you so much!

When we checked out, we accidentally left something behind, and he helped bring it down to us. His service was meticulous and heartwarming. The hotel's public areas are very stylishly designed, and the lounge corners have a wonderful ambiance. The pet-friendly aspect is a huge plus, our furry friend was completely relaxed and at ease the whole time. Our National Day trip was perfect, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Beijing!

At dusk, opening the window revealed the China Zun towering over the city skyline, with the soft glow of the setting sun casting over the buildings. Upon learning that we were traveling with a child, he thoughtfully prepared children's amenities beforehand, considering every detail. This was a fantastic stay! I connected with the guest manager, Howard, on WeChat beforehand, and our communication throughout was incredibly smooth. Whatever I needed during my stay, I could reach him anytime, and he responded very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a scenic twin room. The upgraded room offered expansive views, with distant glimpses of the buildings around Liangmahe, creating a picturesque scene like a traditional landscape painting. We even received a thoughtful little gift when checking out. The hotel offers great value for money. The interior details are exquisite, and they even provide a coffee machine and welcome fresh fruit, making the check-in experience feel special. The location is exceptional – it's a mere ten-minute walk to Sanlitun Taikoo Li and Soho, and Tuanjiehu subway station is right downstairs, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. Every time I stay, they arrange a room according to my needs and I always receive a delightful surprise. Definitely worth coming back to!
